Subject: Why not freeze busses?
Message #158373
Logic friends, even with all the implications, i think we should be able to FREEZE busses. We'd get a dialog like "Are you sure you want to freeze this bus, all tracks going thru this bus will also be frozen? Yes/No" We could have an orange button instead of green to see which tracks were frozen from a bus. What do you think? Is it at all possible? aKido ----------------------------------------------------------------- Visitez / Visit: http://www.akido.biz [aKido :: musique électronique/electronic music] Merci! Route the output of the bus to an output with nothing else routed to it, and hit bounce on that output object ....whats more, setting the L and R locators corresponding to the parts playing through that bus will make your bounced "frozen" track just the length you want it. HTH, kind regards Mark Cahill

Is there a way to make the bounced section show up automatically in the Arrange window? Or do you have to go fish it out of the Audio Window at drag it in? -thanks
