I beg to disagree - I'm running OS X on a G3/350! With Panther it is FINALLY back up to OS9 speeds. 10.2 was completely useless on this machine. Processsor usage appears to be the same on both OS's. I would love a G5, but it's gonna have to wait. Mars

Try turning off some of the screen display options like the 3D look for hilighted folders and the shadow look.There was a whole list in an article i read so i will post a link if i can find it .
