I have Logic Silver 4.04 (Windows) which I've had a couple of years
now. I haven't used it for about 1 year. When I try to load it now it
keeps asking for the authorisation disk (which I use - it should have
2 authorisations left). For some unknown reason it keeps asking for
the disk and does not proceed any further.
I have spoken to the local importer (Electric Factory for you Aussies)
who advise me all support for the PC platform is now non-existent and
that re-authorisation of my disk is now impossible - this is despite
registering the software with them.
Does anyone have any ideas to help me before I drop-kick this
software out the door and purchase Cubase instead?
Thanks in advance,
Andrew

1) Try and find a "Logic Big Box". This can be upgraded with a
xkey,
for better authorization. And you can use it on a Mac and Widows
machine.
2) Buy a Mac and get Logic Audio Pro
3) Buy Cubase....
Pick one ;-)

Now both Mac OSX and Windows XP... the only way to fly ;-)
