utm off
just to clarify, because i do use it.
you mean, you have, say a guitar, on track 1 of a native audio engine,
and you want a stereo ping pong delay correct?
if so this is what i do:
activate on track 1 send to bus 1, say -3db
bus 1, mono, no output assigned, panned to the center.
aux 1, mono, input: bus 1, send 1: bus 2 say -3db also, output: 1-2,
panned L (-63), insert a tape delay of 1/4 note, no feedback, balance:
100%
bus 2, mono, no output assigned, panned to the center.
aux 2, mono, input: bus 2, send 1: bus 1 say -6db, output: 1-2, panned
R (64), insert a tape delay of 1/8 note, no feedback, balance: 100%
just to state the obvious, the output level of your auxes, in
combination with the level of the busses, and the sends in the aux
objects will rule feedback.
if you want it i'll send you a file of a little sequence that has such
setup working, with one of the free synths sounding, so that the file
is light...
