Lessee...I bought Logic 5 Big Box a few weeks ago and I called Logic
Customer Support to be sure it was compatible with OS X. David Smith
said, go download Logic Audio 6 from the website and I'll send you the
codes in a piece of email. I downloaded Logic Audio 6.3.1
Got upgrades for Logic Audio 6, ES 1, ESX 24, EVP 88 all in one whack.
Very nice of them to give me a $199. upgrade like that.
DIdn't see anything about an Education Version. How would I know if I
had the Education version?

Logic Platinum has 10,000 levels of undo.
Logic Audio (what you get in BigBox) has 3.
Logic Pro is the new flagship program.
Logic Express is the new entry-level program.
"Platinum" and "Gold" are repackaged as "Pro".
"Audio" is repackaged as "Express".
