There is a "Signatures|Copy all to clipboard" command, and one for "paste all from clipboard," but all I've managed to get out of that experience is a "Try to Save Your Song" dialog. Something's wrong here... > And IIRC, when you use "Snip: Cut Time and Move by Locators", "Insert > Time and Move by Locators" and "Splice: Insert snipped part at Song > Position" you have the option of moving tempo changes and global score > symbols as well, which (again) IIRC includes time signatures.
