Talk about behaving immaturely...why don't you consider the fact that this list is constantly attracting new users who'd like to form an opinion on which machine to buy? The so-called flame wars tend to provoke a great deal of participation (by far more so than a simple help request) and the arguments brought in by the participants for their preferred system provide a lot of information for newbies. To me, there's nothing inherently wrong or immature with that, and it only occasionally gets childish around here when people like yourself enter the scene, insulting other LUG members and wasting punctuation marks.
