There are instructions in the 3.6 Silver release for modifying the Windows
shortcut by adding the AUTOLOAD.LSO filename as an argument to the command
line. This worked for me, at least as far as getting the initial autoload.
I'm not sure about the other issues regarding reloads. I do recall some
strangeness about how I had to construct the filename, maybe surrounding it
with quotes, but I'm not at the machine now so I can't say exactly.
