I can not figure out how to get the moog modular V software to pop up in the
Audio
Units menu box in Logic. I have installed the moog properly, and as a stand
alone it
works fine, but I can't patch it in to LAP.
Does anyone use these two programs together?
Thanks Aaron

It works fine for me; it shows up on instrument audio objects under
"stereo instruments".
Even the AU-wrapped VST version shows up!! Try reinstalling...?
Good luck.

I had a problem with MMV in Digital Performer that could be related; it
failed the DP AU examination process. I got the tip from someone on
the MOTU-Mac list that the MMV 1.2 updater did something wrong during
the upgrade; the fix was to *delete* the
"/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Moog Modular V.component" AU
component and re-run the MMV 1.2 updater, which puts it back correctly.
Then it would pass DP's AU examination process and became usable.
(In order to get DP to re-examine it, I had to trash DP's AU Info
Cache; I don't [yet] know if there's some similar cache that must be
trashed in Logic, since my crossgrade from DP to Logic is sitting on my
front porch at home, according to the UPS tracking site.)
So, in short: try trashing just the AU component and re-running the MMV
1.2 updater.
