Brand new. And nice. Better than anything I have. (Logic's built-in comp, trackplug, Reaktor4 stuff, floorfish). On vocals, that is. Limiter is OK too. Can anyone check it against Waves RenComp/UAD compressor stuff? Might make a nice groupbuy. www.sonalksis.com Cheers, Zip

My 2 cents: Different to Waves RC (better for some sources, less good for others), not as good as UAD for vintage emulations, but then it's not trying to emulate a specific device. Interface is quite complex, which means it's harder to get good results quickly, but more flexible than some other devices as a result. The Limiter is necessary because I find the comp' alone misses a lot of quick transients. Autorelease function is ok, but not as good as other implementations of Autorelease I've heard, and not suitable for a lot of material. I like it and bought it, but as a tool for specific scenarios, rather than an all round, all purpose compressor. Just my view.

My initial impression after using very briefly is that in broad terms it is nicer than everything but the UAD-1 plugs which still rule. >Might make a nice groupbuy. I'd be very up for that because it would be nice to have have something I can use on busses and live inputs and I can't do that with my UAD-1 Plugs because of the latency.
