This may cause deletion of the initial ramp up or whoof of air or whatever you want to call it that happens prior to the place where our ear hears the impact (presumably where an anchor point would be set), and can cause the kick drum to feel artificial or clipped. A better way would be to move the region(s) later in time by using the nudge commands or by adjusting with the float or event list. Then cut on the downbeat(s), and finally, move the region(s) earlier by the same amount as before. -Dan
