Hi there. I have a Midi Foot Controller FCB 1010 and I use it for live
shows. I've been succesful in controlling the first 4 plugins with it, but
after i change tracks I can't anymore. There was one time when this worked
fine. Anybody knows what's could be the problem? Do I need a channel
splitter for this?
Sorry if its too vague...

Yes. This is a bug in Logic 6.x. Logic 5.x and earlier are not affected.
Selected Audio tracks (the ones with record buttons) do not pass midi
through to the Audio Object. Audio Instruments, Busses, Auxes etc
(anything without record buttons) work fine.
The workaround is that you have to select an Audio track by clicking
on its record button (which enables midi-through), then immediately
click the record button again if you don't want to record. Grrr.

Oh I see... Its weird though, cause when I first open the song, it
automatically select the first track right? And I can control the plugins
fine, UNTIL I change tracks. After that, it doesn;t respond at all. Even the
way u said about arming the track and disarming it if i didn't want to
record. Is this one of those "have to be playing" kind of deals?
Also antoher weird thing is that the record enable button and other things
like select next track, that I also control with the FCB1010 always
works....
What do you think?

You have to select the track by clicking on the record button.
If you select the track normally - by clicking anywhere else or by
keycommand - then click the record button after the track is selected,
it doesn't work.

I have no idea. I reported it within weeks of the release of Logic 6.
But anyone affected should also email support at emagic.de and report
the bug, so they keep getting a nudge every now and then.
