Subject: Eqium dropout in VST/OS 9?
Message #153274
Hi, Wanting to make my own tests for possibly joining the group buy of Firium/Eqium I downloaded Eqium demo for OS 9, but I can't make comparisons yet because of annoying dropouts, approximately every 10 seconds (not consistent times). The CPU is not involved (40%), and it happens when Eqium is put alone on a stereo track in a new song and doesn't even have any filters operating. In other words, Eqium on (no filters), I get drops; bypass, I get no drops, so Eqium is introducing them. (The drops continue with the filters on.) Anyone else get this? I'll send a copy of this e-mail to elemental about it also. Logic Platinum 6.3.1 OS 9.2.1 G3/233 Steven Rowat

I noticed the answers you got were a little sarcastic. This is because you didn't read the docs that came with Eqium/Firium The dropouts are programmed into the demos on purpose. This is so you'll buy the program. This goes away when you buy a real copy. Stefan
