Subject: rename inputs and outputs (esp. MOTU Problem) solved with OS 10.3
Message #153256
<Admin - we have stopped using the [LAM] label, as announced here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/logic-users/message/152813>; With Panther you can choose if you want to use the "core audio" names or the "Driver's I/O Label" names for your outputs and input. this should . Go to audio configuration - view - I/O labels and check or uncheck the desired names. caution with the MOTU 828 default labels: input 1,2,3... is called "analogue 1,2,3...", and output 1,2,3,... is called "analog 1,2,3,.." too, very clever. To change these labels, go to the "MOTU firewire audio console " program an choose "edit channel names".
