With Panther you can choose if you want to use the "core audio"
names or the "Driver's I/O Label" names for your outputs and
input. this should .
Go to audio configuration - view - I/O labels and check or uncheck the
desired names. caution with the MOTU 828 default labels: input 1,2,3... is
called "analogue 1,2,3...", and output 1,2,3,... is called
"analog 1,2,3,.."
