Maybe I have premature dementia but I can't figure out how the search
the whole archive in one time instead of in parts of about 200
messages ... (and I did finish high school!)

Hi Danny
Scuse the slow reply ...
Jeremy set this up some time ago:
www.gmane.comp.audio.emagic.logic.users
When using the search facilities at gmane's site the effective name
of the group is:
gmane.comp.audio.emagic.logic.users
I must admit to thinking this ain't necessarily that much quicker
than Yahoo other than when the US is awake and Net active, at which
point Yahoo can slow to a crawl ...

Broken link. Digging through my bookmarks I found this one that seems
to work:
http://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.audio.emagic.logic.users
