Hi Ron, for what it's worth, I have exactly the same system hardware-wise, running Logic 4.0.7, and I'm experiencing no problems at all. I used to have some crashes first when the AMT was connected via a hub, but now that I've plugged it into the Mac directly, everythings fine. Maybe there is a compatibility problem with some other software, system extension or the like? Anyway, I don't think Logic is to blame. Good luck, Joerg
