I have been having this annoyance. Here's what's happening... I'll normalize gain on some audio in the audio editor window, and i don't get to see the results unless i windowshade. There must be some graphics issue with LAP 6. I didn't have that problem in LAP 5. And as far as Panther, Logic doesn't seem as "snappy" as it is in OS9. 800DP G4 80gig HD 768RAM OSX.3 OS9.22 Dj/Producer (Grammy nominated) Dj3d-The Underground Railroad Wbai - 99.5fm Sat's From 12 Mid - 2 Am 120 Wall St 10th Floor http://www.btownsound.com/featured/dj3d.asp http://www.rawroots.co.uk/dj3d.shtml The Courts Production Co. I am not touching OSX so I don't know about that. This bug is a result of preferences doing something weird when updating to 6.3.1. I have had it appear twice (where the mouse click only worked on the top edge of a sequence in arrange for instance), and I fixed it both times by trashing the preferences and then turning off and on all the preferences tick boxes. I know this sounds vague, but it works. I can't tell you which is the offending tick box, because it seems to be different each time I have done it! I wish that I cold be more specific, but I should only take a few minutes. Chris

I occasionally have a similar problem, 6.1.1/OS9. It happens to me when two nodes are too close together, and I can't select one of them, it either selects the other node or creates a new one where I didn't click. I have to go into the event editor, move the offending node farther away, then I can grab it with the mouse. Not sure if that's what you were talking about. u b i k
