I think there are two separate problems here: there are several new object types in 4.0 (Macros, Aliases and Ornaments) and there are some objects that are not supported in Silver. In the Toolkit, the songs whose names end in 'mcr' contain Macros and won't import in versions earlier than 4.0. The other songs contain similar environments which should be importable in 3.6, but they may not be compatible with Silver. >Also, when I try to import most environments into a new layer, I often don't >see anything in the layer even though no error is reported. I haven't seen this problem - it shouldn't be happening. Are you scrolling around the Environment window to see if they're in an undisplayed part of the Layer? Len
