Subject: Sonorus Studi/o/Pulsar EASI drivers
Message #9397
For those Pulsar users on the list (or anyone else intending to use EASI with LA4), you may be interested in Ingo's latest news on Pulsar 1.3 and EASI drivers for Logic (see below). Apparently Emagic are still having problems with their own implementation of EASI. Anyone with any information on this subject? Our EASI driver is basically finished (already for some time now), but we could not test all features yet (the latest Logic beta still has some problems with EASI). We will probably release 1.3 soon, if possible with EASI drivers, otherwise we have to wait for Emagic and the latest test results and release the EASI driver some days later. We don't think it makes much sense to be the first company to release a (possibly not fully tested) EASI driver just for the sake of being the first. If Sonorus thinks it makes sense, this is their decision.
