No, but you could find similar sounds.

For DX, it would be a lot of work, as we would have to emulate the FM
synthesis. For K5000, you already have the spectrum curve which also
can draw with the mouse. SoundDiver can also import a sample and try
to convert it to a K5000 ADD sound. This is however not always
useful, as the overtone envelopes only have 5 stages which is not
sufficient to import long samples.
