Hi Willy,
this error usually has nothing to do with not finding files - the problem
is more likely that Logic cannot detect your Audiowerk card (so changing
audio folders etc won´t help).
An error message like this is very common if Logic once crashed and you
try to restart without re-booting the machine (not sure if you are on
PC or Mac).
Here my recommendations:
1.) Try to insert the AW card into another PCI slot and re-install drivers.
This has solved my similar problems nearly completely!
2.) Install VMR software (which came along with you Audiowerk card).
VMR is just a simple multitrack recorder, BUT it can initialize the
Audiowerk, whereas Logic can´t!
I have created a new icon on my desktop and simply launch VMR before I
start Logic (in case of errors only, of course). This only takes a few
seconds, but most of the time, the Audiowerk can be recovered and Logic
starts without any error message.
