This includes the G4/350, and the original G4/400 (the one which eventually became the G4/350 when Apple bumped down all the clock speeds by 50Mhz). In September, Digidesign estimated PT would work with the newer G4's around February, although I hope that means that they're simply setting us up for an early surprise in December or January! I've heard the Digi001 won't be fully functional with 3rd party software until Digidesign releases the necessary "developer kit" (see <www.emagic.de>). For example, S/PDIF doesn't work with LA right now from what I'm told. I also heard today that Digidesign caved in and decided to release developer support for the Digi001! Apparently, many orders were cancelled (especially in Europe) when it became more common knowledge that Digidesign was holding back code. This certainly was the case locally (customers cancelling orders), so I imagine it to be true all over the world to some extent. Folks (including us) didn't even consider that Digidesign wouldn't allow full 3rd party support for their hardware, since all other Digi hardware is allowed FULL support. This sells a lot more Digi hardware than if it were proprietary. I can't imagine what "strategy" Digidesign was originally thinking. f-erenc "Fix signs"
