No problems at all, with even less RAM than you have. I don't have a solution to your problem, though. However I remember (it's been a while, I'm on Mac now) that the MME setup has two ways of setting multiple I/O drivers, something like "one driver, many channels" vs. "many drivers, two channels each" - it's all explained in the MME Setup help file. That did the trick for me, and FWIW, my system worked considerably better than it did later with 4.0x (which is why I changed to Mac). Good luck, Joerg
