I believe all the Titanium PowerBooks except the second revision (550/667
mHz) had an L3 cache.

There is 256kb L2 on-chip cache and 1MB DDR L3 cache on the DVI video
800/867/1GHz models, possibly the 667 DVI too (not sure).
