Subject: [LAM] How to audition a selected region in Arrange?

First, with the region selected, hit >the solo key command. The hit the play from selection key command. But the PLAY function in the audio window is pretty clumsy. You can hit the SPEAKER icon, and then click on a region - not an audio file - so you have to open the file into its regions - and then if you want to hear another one, you notice the speaker has clicked off, so you have to re-click it, then select again. What a hassle. It would be nice if the down arrow would work to audition a bunch of files. There is one trick - if you use a key command to show all regions, then you start one playing, then if you click on another region of the same or a different audio sample, it will start playing there - but this is a rough operation because you don't necessarily hear from the start of the sample. By the way - another problem - when you go to move/copy audio files, the window of file names is so small, that its always a scroll.
