In Logic the vertical and horizontal scale is.... scalable. It can easily be resized and that's something I do all the time (to see track automation and hyperdrawing). In the lower right corner of the arrange window you'll see little horizontal lines. Click and hold on the top (where the lines are wider apart) and the tracks will scroll to resize larger. Click and hold on the bottom (where the lines are closer together) and they'll resize smaller. The horizontal scaling is similarly configurable. It's an easy way of zooming in and out.
