I am experiencing this too. A four bar audio file aligned to the bars,
suddenly is situated somewhere in the middle of a bar. I guess this is a new
bug.
What I do, it open the event list and double click the bar and enter an
integer.

Not a bug, a feature. As you zoom in further, the movement grid gets finer,
zoom out, wide grid. The easy way to make somewhat fine movements is hold
the control key down as you move the object. To make very fine adjustments,
hold the control and shift keys down.
