Subject: [LAM] ASIO in Logic 4.7?!
Message #138297
I have installed the delta 44 card on a G4 mac running OS 9.2 and have all the relevant ASIO drivers. Problem is that I do not know where to place these drivers. for Logic 4.7.0 to pick them up. There is no folder named ASIO driver in the Logic folder. The Logic folder is currently on my desktop. Will it need to be placed into the systems folder too? In short, how can I get Logic to recognize my card!!?? Please Help!

Place the driver in there. When you restart, go to the drivers page in the audio menu in Logic, select the "delta 44" driver, and rock on. You do need to change the buffer size for the Delta card in the Delta control panel before you boot Logic. You can't change it when Logic is running.. There should be a folder called "ASIO folder" in your Logic folder. Put your ASIO driver in this ASIO folder. That should do the trick. Gert
