Subject: [LUG] [GEN] How to change individual volume in multiple-channel audio instr ?
Message #138281
Hi, I'm using LAP 5.5 for a while now and I am not able to change the individual channel volume of a multichannel audio-instrument. When trying to change the volume for a single midi-channel of an audio-instr selected in my arrange window; the audio-instr track 'master' volume is changed instead of the desired volume channel. Note that this happen even if you setup the audio-instr midi channel to 'all' which seems weird to me.. Any help appreciated on that subject :) TIA, Fabien.

Volume of individual channels is probably just one of the parameters of the VSTi. So you should use track autoamtion, pick the proper parameter, and use that. Sending Midi CC7 will only affect the channel strip's volume fader (regardless of channel, as you discovered yourself). -- Hendrik Jan Veenstra <h@...> Omega Art: http://www.omega-art.com/
