Hi
When I create a marker on a bar line,a copy of this marker is
always created a few bars later, and not on a bar line. For
example...I create a marker, VERSE#1 at bar one, and VERSE#1 also
appears, 1/2 way into bar 6. Is there a way to stop the copy from
being created?
Thanks, Rob

That's no copy, it's just a repetition of the marker name.

Open the marker list, and you'll see that there's actually just 1
marker. What you see is Logic repeating the marker name every few
inches. Quite handy -- if your marker runs from bar 1 - 100, and your
arrange only happens to show bars 50-200, it's quite convenient to
see the marker name pop up again somewhere around bar 50-60.

Thanks for the reply...Is there a way of changing the font on
the repeating marker, and leaving the actual marker's font as is?

No. But you can stop it repeating - markers have position _and_
length. If the length is the default 1 tick (in the marker window)
Logic makes an "endless" marker that repeats until the next
marker. If
you just want a marker for the start point and not the length, set it
to something more than a tick but short, a couple of bars, say...
