does anyone know how to convert .jpg or .gif files to logics' graphic format
(.png)? is there an application out there? i have found a few icons that i
want to use (for PODxt and XV-5080).

Photoshop is the easiest I have found, but Graphic converter is free to try
and will do the job -
Go to download.com, or do a google search for graphic converter...

I would imagine you could use Photoshop or Graphic Converter (not sure
if Graphic Converter is available on PC).

Get GraphicConverter -- a must-have for any Mac'er anyway. Reads and
writes any conceivable graphic format. It's probaby here:
http://www.lemkesoft.de
Otherwise do a web-search.
