Hello all, I have two computers connected by LAN and want to know if it's possible to "start" a LA song from the remote terminal. What I'm trying to do is record via SPDIF from the host to the remote. The host (PIII450)is where LAWP resides and the remote (PII233) is where I want to master in Cool Edit Pro. (I prefer this type of setup cause it allows me to edit an entire album, then send it to DAT.) My problems is: the two computers are in seperate rooms and I have to place the remote in rec mode, run to the next room and hit play. Just wondering if there's a way for me to be lazy and hit play from the remote terminal. Any ideas? Brad
