Hello all, Not directly a Logic problem so pls contact me via steve@... I am having a problem re getting midi messages from my midi keyboard through to my EMI6|2m. I am getting no midi lights on the midi in of the EMI6|2m (it is set to midi NOT SPDIF). The keyboard works just fine - tested by direct connection to a Roland VX5050 and worked just fine. I have connected the midi out of the keyboard to the midi in of the EMI6|2m then USB to a Roland XV5050 (the USB does carry the midi in and out aswell as the audio signal between the 2 devices right??) Then I have connected the audio out of the EMI 6|2m to my mix and monitor set up the Roland sends audio out fine through the EMI 6|2m and to my mixer. And I can get audio into Logic fine but still no MIDI. I have been banging my head on this one for a while and would really appreciate some advice please. many thanks! Steve
