I'm looking to buy a external HD multitrack - such as a Tascam MX2424 or
Mackie - and will want to integrate it as tightly as possible with Logic so
that I can (for example) easily Autotune a vocal and then fly it back to the
Tascam/Mackie. I understand the best way of doing this is to export as a
Broadcast Wave File to Logic ... but can Logic import BWF ?? I know that
Sonar can ... is this the point I jump from the LAWP ship ??!

I have tried this and I have not been able to get logic to import or
export .wav files and make use of the broadcast/timestamped component.
While logic is great a importing and exporting .wav files
broadcast .wav at this stage is not a happening thing.
Cheers
