Subject: [LAM] Logic 6 - New Automation problems
Message #136411
This is the same message I posted earlier, I just corrected the subject line. > From: Peter Bond <pdbond@...> > Date: Thu Apr 3, 2003 1:43:21 AM Canada/Eastern > To: logic-users@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [LAM] New Automation problems > > Hi LUG > > First off let me say I love Logic 6. Subject: [LUG] [LAW] Can LAWP import BWF files
Message #136422
This is a reply to #136411.
I'm looking to buy a external HD multitrack - such as a Tascam MX2424 or Mackie - and will want to integrate it as tightly as possible with Logic so that I can (for example) easily Autotune a vocal and then fly it back to the Tascam/Mackie. I understand the best way of doing this is to export as a Broadcast Wave File to Logic ... but can Logic import BWF ?? I know that Sonar can ... is this the point I jump from the LAWP ship ??!

I have tried this and I have not been able to get logic to import or export .wav files and make use of the broadcast/timestamped component. While logic is great a importing and exporting .wav files broadcast .wav at this stage is not a happening thing. Cheers Bruno
