I'm literally going through baby steps of drum beat making. All I want to do is look at the hyper editor or matrix and record notes while it loop records. When I record say a hihat pattern, it's visible while I'm recording but then disappears when it starts the cycle again. If I capture last take while in either editors, the notes I just recorded are not visible. Then If I individually select a note to delete (note I said individually) everything disappears. Now I've tryed it all again and the editor is showing what I'm recording. So the behaviour is inconsistant. I know you're probably thinking pilot error. But I've just done all this as a check. Why can't I just loop record in an editor and have the notes I input visible. I feel like curling up in a cormer and laughing like a maniac. Music making is so friggin hard with this piece of shit software.
