Subject: [LUG] [LAM] 'No audio configuration found' error ...
Message #136351
Hello there good people, I'm having a bit of fun with my new RME Digi 96/8 PAD card having just switched over from my old Audiowerk8. I have switched off the Audiowerk driver and enabled the ASIO driver for the RME card. If I am reading the help file correctly, opening up old files created with other audio-devices should prompt a 'do you wish to convert' dialog in order to promote cross-setup compatibility. I am not getting this dialog on a per song-by-song basis - I only got it when I switched my Autoload over to the ASIO card. Reloading the ASIO driver in an old song does give me the dialog either. I understand that in order to copy audio configurations between devices you use copy+paste in the audio configuration window between the devices in question. When I do that - although all audio-objects in my audio mixer are set to ASIO - I get a 'No audio configuration found for ASIO' - the effectslots are all empty for the ASIO device but that is the only difference between the two. I have tried songs both with setting for TC Powercore plugins and without in case that was an issue. Please tell me, what am I missing? Thank you for your time. Best Henrik Btw I'm using LAP6 with TC Powercore on OS 9.2.2 - G4/450 DP.
