Same thing in Logic. I meant a double click only on the midi in button
in order to activate this behaviour. Once it is activated, then yes, a
single click on a note is sufficient to select it and make it available
for editing.

Logic will not do this automatically. Because how would it determine
when the note is sufficiently "modified" in order to move on th
the next
