LAMP 5.5, though same behavior as earlier... I thought I'd sussed this one out a while ago, but now I can't recall now. When adjusting track heights in an Arrange in screenset 6 (used for track automation), the Arrange in my main screenset - 1 - also adjusts those same track heights relative to the others, though I don't want them to. The link status of the Arrange window has no effect on this behaviour. Is this just the way it is?
