Nope. The registration numbers for your plugins (as saved in your
XSKey) still work with Logic 6. The only code you'll have to enter new
into the XSKey is the one for Logic 6 itself.

Has anyone been able to get Quicktime or AVI movies to work in the Movie
Player window of Logic Audio under XP?
Version 5.5.1 locks up for me.

Both work fine for me - maybe it's a specific codec that's wonky. I always
have best results with an MPEG file.. my matrox works flawlessly outputing
that full screen - whereas sometimes its weird with some avi files and mov.

Thank you Neil.
I did get it to "work" with either uncompressed AVI (30 sec spot
is around
130MB) or DV compression (30 sec is 106MB).
I think you are right. The Cinepak codec seems to cause problems.
I don't understand what an MPEG file is. Isn't there usually a number after
it like MPEG 1, or MPEG 2 etc???
What creates MPEG files?
