My music theory instructor in college went to a John Cage lecture many years ago - he opened with that piece (sitting on a stool smoking a cigarette). It annoyed the audience to the point of wanting to leave. Sure makes the lecture easier to memorize ;-) I have performed that piece many times when I should be using the notes on the keyboard instead. Dedric
