Neil&Ray----another thing to try is go hunting in the Windows Registry edit to find old midi-translator entries before you re-install it's software. Old registry entries may prevent midi drivers from being *seen* (at least the midi-translator). When I first started on Logic on a PC486 this fixed my midi problem. JFF
