Unfortunately, the patch did not work. Fortunately, duplicating the folder
and trashing the old one did work.
Thanks Michael and Todd for helping me with this - I should have known that
it's a permission problem...
By the way, here's another "bug" (probably it's not a bug but an
instability):
When manually shutting down the MOTU 828 while running Logic 6.0 in OSX,
Logic crashes. (I did this accidentally)
O.k., you should not power off your Audio interface when using it in a
program, but on the other hand, Logic should not crash. (I would expect
something like "CORE AUDIO ERROR/MOTU 828 no longer available",
but not a
crash.)
It's 100% repeatable (I tried it again because I was so surprised...).
