Some one recently told me I had to update my Logic
Platinum 5 to get these sounds? Is this true? I have
seemed to try every FAQ and manual file possible.
All I need to is to be able to hear my Virtual guitar
amp "Amplitudes" effects before I record. I have
selected the input channels right?
Do you think this might have something to do with the
AUX bus? It should be a simple process, but it just
dont seem to work? The only time I can hear the
effects is after I record?
I follow all of logics fact files, but still no luck.
I assigned the guitar into input 2, and then also
activated my effect in input two, but still no sound?
Please, if anybody knows the anwer I would love to
know. I have to finish a demo in two weeks and this
seems to be really slowing me down
Thank you very much for all your time

Just add an amplitude plugin to your track that is being recorded, in
the insert. This will only affect the playback, not the recorded track,
making it easy to change the sound at a later time. BTW V 5.5 of Logic
doesn't work properly with Amplitude. Go to V 5.3..

I think someone reported that you should use 5.3 instead
of 5.5 to get Amplitude to work.

Joe,
Do you mean you want to hear the effect while you are playing?
