Hi Hans, > is there a way to just solo one MIDI track (suppose you don't have an > object on the track yet) I can't believe that there's no solo button > for a MIDI-Channel > If there is no object on the track yet, then what is there to solo??? If you mean that you want to hit "play" in Logic and not hear anything other than what you are playing on the selected midi track in real time (basically muting everything except your currently selected track); you could try activating the solo button in the transport bar with no sequences sleceted. That way when you hit play you won't hear anything (happens to me by accident all the time) but can still play on your currently selected midi track. -- Eli Krantzberg Nightshift Orchestra / Almat Productions http://www.nightshiftorchestra.com

You could also in the arrange page do the following (pretty quick): - Select All (on PC / Mac ... Ctrl+A / CMD+A) - Press "m" The 'm' key is usually set to Muting Sequences in the Key commands... with regards, -- Lachlan Deck ldeck@...
