My 'problem' was that Markus was unable to give any information on development status of the PC side of things, despite being quite specific about the Mac version. I didn't think Emagic was so big that Markus would not have a clue about where things were on the Windows implementation of VST 2.0. Hence the remark. Not looking for anything official here (it's not an official list after all), but an "I think the Windows guys are looking at VST 2.0 implementation over the next XXX months" type comment would be helpful.
