Well, I kinda knew that internally MIDI is handled from 0-127, but following
the original thread, your patch 0 is the first patch in a row, so personally
I prefer saying "Patch One" or whatever.
And yeah, it would be nice to switch that for every instrument inside Logic
as synth manufactures doesn't seem to agree on some international standard.

Oh, 100% agreed with that.
Apart from that you'd have to rewrite like almost all music theoretical
books, have to teach people to do their counting "0-1-2-3" instead
of
"1-2-3-4" (hehe, could it be that this was choosed because Zero
has two
syllables, not that nice to say in time with faster tempos? Anyways, in
german "Zero" is "Null", so, wouldn't make too much of a
difference...) and
several other weirdos.
