Is there anything you can do? Silicon spray? I have this on a most of my faders and I assume its usual because of the motor drive as my unit is brand new. Also, a couple of times Ive had one fader not move on power on and had the unit report a calibration error. Power cycling seemed to fix this ok though. I'll have a look at mine about the fader alignment issue someone mentioned earlier as that sounds plausible and post back the results.
