Zooming with the mouse.
I was just at a recording session at a friend's place and he was using DP3.
One thing that blew my mind was how he could zoom in and out by scrolling
the mouse up/down or sideways (this obviously also requires holding down a
key with the left/right hand). It's a little thing, but it sure would make
my life easier...

Not quite the same as DP, but if you have a scrollwheel mouse, you can
use USB Overdrive to assign the keycommands for zoom to scrollwheel
up/down. So if you assign a straight scrollwheel up/down to horizontal
zoom, and set your vertical zoom to the same keycommands + a modifier
(or vice versa), you have a very responsive mouse-zoom technique ...
wheeee!
