how do you de-interleave an interleaved stereo file
I have checked the manual, the help file and the users group to no avail
I am new to logic from SVP and there was a function that let you do this
very easily. I am sure it's easy but how...?
thanks for any help

You can't do this in Logic as far as I know.
You can use SoundApp PPC though. It's an excellent little program
that lets you convert almost any audio file format to any other,
change bit depth, sample rate and so on.
Get it here:

Hope this helps - Colin
PS - Read the SoundApp help/manual. You can also do batch conversion
- saves loads of time.
