I have asked this question many times but it seems as if I'm the only one having this problem. My system: Powermac G4 400Mhz, RME audio card. OS9 Ever since the upgrade to Logic Platinum 5.2 tightly programmed synths or beats (exs / pro-52) don't sound tight anymore. It's hard to explain but it just sounds as if the notes are not quantized anymore. I can make an arrangement which sounds fine in every version of Logic before 5.2 but sounds de-quantized from version 5.2. Version 5.5 does the same thing. It creates untight-dequantized sounds. I do nothing with midi. It are only soft-synths. The more plugins I use, the untighter things get. But in version 5.1.3 all is perfect. How can this be?? Please help me! warm regards, -maxim
